Terms of Trade |

The site owner and/or business offering product or services for purchase on this web site (hereafter referred to as "Merchant") undertakes to supply products and services promoted, advertised or offered on this site in accordance with the terms of offer stated herein. Merchant recognises only such claims as may be made in writing by customer within 21 days of receipt of any invoice. Claims must adequately detail any objection or complaint and provide merchant a fair and reasonable opportunity to remedy. Customer is required to respond reasonably to any query or request for clarification. Where merchant is unable to satisfy a customer, the merchant may elect to refund part or all of any fee paid, and a refund of the full fee paid for any service shall, in all circumstances, constitute complete satisfaction of any customer claim. Excepting as expressly provided by law, no claims for damages or consequential loss, third party losses, or extraneous expense shall be entertained. |

Credit policy |
| Merchant may extend credit to customers on specific pre-agreed terms.
